BEFORE YOU BOOK

What the sample itinerary means.

This is a group route concept. A scheduled departure exists only when dated availability is confirmed in writing; the route can also be requested privately. The final proposal, not this sample page, controls dates, hotel names, transport, meals, guiding, entrance fees and payment terms.

Included

Only services listed as included in the accepted proposal. Typical proposals identify accommodation, road transport, guiding and named meals separately.

Not automatically included

International flights, visas, insurance, personal spending, tips and unlisted services are excluded unless the proposal says otherwise.

Price and availability

Quotes depend on dates, traveller count, hotel category, route and supplier availability. No departure or price is guaranteed before written confirmation.

Access and pacing

Tell us step free, walking, transfer, dietary or sensory needs before confirmation so site and supplier limits can be checked.

Closures and wildlife

Opening days, transport and protected area access are reconfirmed. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and proposed itineraries do not include elephant rides.

Changes and cancellations

Read the booking terms and cancellation policy; trip specific written terms control.
