BOOKING TERMS
Know what happens before you book.
These terms explain the standard booking process. Your written proposal and confirmation may contain trip-specific terms; where they differ, the confirmed written terms control.

Enquiry, proposal and contract
An enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the written proposal, provide the requested traveller details, pay the stated deposit or full amount, and receive written confirmation from Gay Tours India. Check names, dates, services, room types and inclusions before paying.

Price and payment
Prices are quoted for the stated dates, traveller count, currency, accommodation and services. A quotation may expire or change before confirmation because supplier prices, taxes, exchange rates or availability can change. The invoice states the deposit, balance date, payment method and any non-refundable services.

Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, contact details and travel requirements.
- Hold valid passports, visas, permits and insurance.
- Follow local law and reasonable safety or supplier instructions.
- Tell us promptly about accessibility, health, dietary or room needs relevant to the trip.

Suppliers and itinerary changes
Hotels, transport operators, guides, airlines and attractions may be independent suppliers. We coordinate the confirmed services but cannot control events such as weather, closures, strikes, government action or supplier emergencies. A necessary change will be communicated and a reasonable alternative sought where possible. Wildlife sightings, festival schedules and access to community events are never guaranteed.

Conduct, privacy and community respect
Harassment, discrimination, exploitation, outing another person or ignoring consent is not accepted. Community members are not tourist attractions. Photography and personal information must be handled with permission and respect.

Problems and complaints
Raise a problem as soon as practical so the local team or supplier has an opportunity to help. If it is not resolved during travel, email a concise written record with relevant evidence to info@gaytoursindia.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
