CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Clear steps when plans change.
Cancellation costs depend on the confirmed services and how close the request is to departure. The cancellation schedule in your accepted proposal is the binding trip-specific schedule.

How to cancel
Send the request in writing from the lead traveller's email address to info@gaytoursindia.com. Cancellation is effective when we acknowledge receipt. Include the booking reference and traveller names, but do not email card details or unnecessary identity documents.

How charges are calculated
We calculate charges from the accepted proposal, supplier cancellation terms, services already delivered, payment or currency costs that cannot be recovered, and reasonable administration already performed. Flights, permits, event tickets, certain hotels and peak-season services may be non-refundable from confirmation.

Refund timing
Any approved refund is returned through an appropriate verified method after recoverable supplier funds are received and the calculation is complete. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control. We will explain any deduction and the status of material supplier refunds.

Changes by the traveller
Date, route, name or service changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking by a supplier. We will identify the material cost before proceeding where reasonably possible.

Changes outside either party's control
Weather, natural events, public-health measures, strikes, government action, civil disruption or supplier failure may require changes. Depending on the circumstances and supplier terms, options may include an alternative, credit, postponement or a refund of amounts actually recovered. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
