Travel law, Pride dates, venues, hotels, transport and local conditions can change. Our editorial process is designed to show what was checked, what remains uncertain and when readers should verify again.

Source hierarchy
We prefer current government, court, attraction, transport and event-organiser sources for factual claims. First-party operational experience can add context, but it is labelled and does not replace official rules. We avoid presenting promotional claims as independent evidence.

Review and freshness
Material safety, legal and event guidance is dated. High-change information is queued for periodic review, and readers are directed to the controlling source when a same-day check matters. A dateModified value means the page received a meaningful review, not merely a template change.

Inclusive and careful language
Gay Tours India welcomes LGBTQ+ travellers across identities, as well as friends and allies. We do not claim that a city, hotel or supplier is universally safe. We distinguish private tailor-made trips from a scheduled group departure and do not invent availability, prices, credentials or lived experience.

Corrections
Email info@gaytoursindia.com with the page address, the disputed passage and a reliable source where possible. Material corrections are reviewed promptly and the page date is updated when the correction changes its meaning.
